DIY Beer Holder
Heading to your buddies place to sling back a 6 pack and jive about the work week isn’t exactly a challenge. However, if that cheap cardboard happens to rip due to leaked beer during factory to store transport, it’s likely you’ll show up with a few less beers. And we all know this kind of accident never happens in the store as you stand amongst a sea of beers, not to mention employees. It’s when you arrive at your destination, pull the sixer from your trunk, and rip, the beers make a dash to the concrete that lays below.
The 6 Packer is a laser cut beer bottle opener. We suppose you could put soda in it too, but that just doesn’t seem fitting. It’s constructed from of 3/16″ thick laser cut ply wood and assembled with 4-40 1/2″ screws and nuts. The holes are designed to hold a wide variety of bottles, so long neck or fatty, so it won’t matter what you drink. The 6 Packer ships unassembled, which is good, since being a man means building stuff. Or should we say “being more of a man” means building stuff.
